The TriSoler Triathlon Club is the official triathlon training and racing team of Soler’s Tri Sports in Helotes, TX. The Triathlon Club is composed of men and women who dedicate their time to training, racing, and volunteering. The Triathlon Club is wholly private and seeks to provide education and training activities, coached programs and seminars, and to stimulate a team atmosphere in a supportive and social environment.

Waiver and Release
I know that running, swimming, cycling, training is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not register and participate unless I am medically able to do so. I agree to abide by any decision of a Soler's Sports Employee, TriSoler coach/member, WRSA coach, relative to my ability to safely compete and train. I assume all risks associated with running, swimming, cycling, competing, including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release TriSoler Racing, Craft, Fila, Fuelbelt, Sweatvac, Asics, Suunto, Soler’s Sports Inc, We Run San Antonio, and its coaches and agents, the Tri Soler Racing Team, all other sponsors, their representatives and successors including its officers, directors, agents and employees from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose. Fees are non refundable.

Registration may be transferred to another participant or applied to a future TriSoler event. It may not be applied to any non-TriSoler event.
